video freezes from time to time

Hi,
i need to reset my zgemma h9 and after putting the same configs I get the following errors:

    Detected simultaneous connections to one of the ports using multiple receivers. Or several emulators are running on one receiver.

could you let me know what to adjust to get rid of that error and freezes?

What emulator do you use?
Maybe you have an unstable internet?

i have two decoders, on one of them zgemma h9 twin with open atv 6.2 sth went wrong and I had reset it and now it has open atv 6.3,
before that on both decoders everything worked fine, after the reset i have put oscam.server content the same as before from the subscriptions section -> Newcamd protocol -> oscam emulator,
so current situation is that on old decoder everything's fine and on that zgemma sth i wrong..

i have removed the oscam.dvbapi file from the decoder itself, i have changed content of other oscam related files (oscam.conf oscam.user etc) to the same as on the other properly working decoder but it still doesnt work properly

i guess sth with " simultaneous connections to one of the ports of server (...) using multiple receivers", but how to change it?
