attached users suscription expires

Hey guys,

when i have attached some users and the suscription expires. How can i provide, that the user will not use the account after the suscriptions ending?
Should I disable this user in the reseller panel? Will the username/pw still work when i disable the user?

Do I (reseller) get a penalty, when the User is violating the rules?

When user subscription is expired, he will not be able to use CS-service until the subscription is paid (extended) even if username/password are known to the user.
It is your business whether to disable (detach) the user or not. But you will not be able to have %%% from disabled (detached) user if he pays for subscription by himself.
If you want to delete the user account completely, you have to contact Moderator with request to cancel the user account. The user will have to register and pay by himself.

what about the penalty for violating the rules?

What if a attached User violating the rules that causes normaly a bann of the account? Will only his account be banned and the resellers account will not get a penalty? And what About $-Penalty when the attached User has no money on his wallet?

Usually, penalty is USD5. The user violating the rules is subject to penalty. It is the user responsibility to pay penalty. His problem that his wallet is empty. His subscription will be suspended until he pays the penalty (5$ is required on his balance. Does not matter - he will charge his balance or you, as reseller).
The only ban which cannot be forgiven is cascading. If user is banned for cascading, no way out. Ban forever and no penalties - his account is blacklisted and user cannot use our CS-service any more.
