Can Paramount and Comedy Central NL be added on Dutch 23e package please?

Paramount is a new service, but Comedy Central NL is just a change of details and used to work, now does not.

Both are M7 Group provider, 12187 - other channels from same package on same transponder are working fine with no changes.
