moving from VIP ASTRA to VIP GERMANY

i alway paid a complete year for the VIP ASTRA, but now SkyDE not more working. I can use the Cable Card from Vodfaone, so i can use your server again. Is it possible to transfer my package from VIP ALL to VIP Germany?
